I finally got around to scheduling the Dual Duel. Last year, there were about 35 submissions (and I had to fill the rest of the spots by asking friends). This year, there were about 60. The bad news is that there are only 40 slots in the show. I bumped it to 48, but that still left a group of people out of it. Poop. I'm still really happy with the lineups. A few groups from last year are returning, and groups that got to play 2 years ago at The Playground are back. The main question everyone has is will the Underage Sugar Addicts bring almost the entire audience again and crush the veteran teams. We'll see! They are good. 

Teams I'm personally looking forward to see (that I haven't seen before):

• 92 Dodge Shadow - Kristen Studdard & Nancy Friedrich - Nancy just got nominated for a Jeff. That is huge.
• Fluffy Kittens - Katie Rich & Erin Payton - Last time I saw Erin, she was getting married to Roger.
• Schnuffy - Jake Schneider & Kate Duffy - Seasoned vets. They are gonna be fun.
• Turd Basket - Mike Enriquez & Randy Smock - The Odd Couple of improv. This could be something big.

In other news:

• This is my fourth week at DRW. I enjoy it a lot. I'm feeling good about the monitoring project and have a really pretty story board.
• No show tonight. XBox will get use.
• We played charades at the Avlis meet. Here is a short nerd video. Guess the theme!
• I scooted all this week, except for today. Stupid rain.
• Lawrence Taylor should stop hanging out with Ben Roethlisberger.
• I'm playing the 6 PM show Saturday. This is fun.
• Lost only has 2 more episodes. This is sad.
• I formatted my desktop at home and am in the process of re-installing the applications. I hope I didn't lose anything.
• I have a BlackBerry and Droid for Verizon that I don't use. Do you want them?
• Jaime & I are starting honeymoon plans. Egypt is expensive, and they say no PDA. WFT? I'm gonna get arrested a lot I'm guessing.
